CICI SPA LEASES 1,600 SF IN PONTIAC AND 1,000 SF IN WATERFORD

PONTIAC AND WATERFORD, MICH. – The Gerdom Realty and Investment team of Owen Kelly and Michael Murphy represented the landlords in leasing a 1,600 SF of retail space at Silver Lake Center (Pontiac) and 1,000 on Elizabeth Lake Road (Waterford) to CiCi Spa.
