NRG ADVENTURE PARK SIGNS LEASE FOR 2ND MICHIGAN LOCATION, LEASING 57,854 SF IN TAYLOR

TAYLOR, MICH. – The Gerdom Realty and Investment team of Tjader Gerdom, Michael Murphy and Owen Kelly, along with Sean Kipp of Ranger Retail Partners, represented NRG Adventure Park in securing 57,854 SF at Taylor’s Burlington Square Shopping Center. Burlington Square is at the southwest quadrant of Eureka Road and Racho Boulevard. NRG has locations across the country, but this will be the entertainment concept’s second Michigan location, after their Troy location.

HUMBLE KITCHEN SIGNS LEASE FOR 1,201 SF IN ROMULUS

ROMULUS, MICH – Owen Kelly and Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty and Investment represented Humble Kitchen in the lease of the ice cream/coffee shop’s new Romulus location. Humble Kitchen is taking 1,201 SF at JMC Management’s Merchants at Wayneport shopping center. The center is located at the southeast quadrant of Wayne and Wick Roads.

IMLAY CITY, MICH. – Bill McLeod of Gerdom Realty and Investment represented Ace Hardware in securing 14,6000 SF at Imlay City’s Belle Valley Center.
