BROWNSTOWN, MICH. – Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty and Investment represented the landlord in leasing a 2,878 SF of space at the Kroger-anchored Brownstown Center. The plaza is located at the southeast corner of Telegraph and West Roads. Hank Parsons of Morrow Hill represented the tenant, Bricks and Minifigs, a national retailer that purchases and sells new and used LEGO products.
GOLF SIMULATOR LEASES 3,200 SF IN DOWNTOWN SOUTH LYON
SOUTH LYON, MICH. – The Gerdom Realty and Investment team of Zach Burk and Michael Murphy represented the landlord in leasing a 3,200 SF of space on North Lafayette Street, just north of 10 Mile Road, to a golf simulator. This lease takes the building to full occupancy!

Bridgeport Village Square is located on Dixie Highway between I-75 and downtown Bridgeport.

NRG will take the former Dick’s Sporting Goods adjacent to Oakland Plaza. NRG has locations across the country, but this will be the entertainment concept’s first Michigan location.
