GOLDEN LIAR GAMES LEASES FORMER GAMESTOP SPACE IN GRAND BLANC

GRAND BLANC, MICH – Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty and Investment represented Golden Liar Games in the lease of the retailer’s new Grand Blanc location. Golden Liar Games will open in the 1,561 SF, former GameStop space at Heritage Parks’ outlot building. Heritage Park, a Grand Sakwa-owned power center, is located at the southeast quadrant of Dort Highway and Saginaw Road.

DOMINO’S SECURES NEW LOCATION AT ANN ARBOR’S MAPLE VILLAGE

ANN ARBOR, MICH – Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty and Investment represented Domino’s in the lease of the pizza retailer’s new Ann Arbor location. Domino’s Pizza will open in the 952 SF space at Maple Village Shopping Center’s outlot building. Maple Village, owned by Brixmor Property Group, is located at the northwest corner of North Maple Road and Jackson Avenue.

FERNDALE, MICH. – The Gerdom Realty and Investment team of Owen Kelly and Michael Murphy represented the landlord in leasing 2,500 SF to Root and Rebellion Apothecary.
