August 10, 2016:
WINE AND CANVAS SIGNS LEASE IN CANTON
CANTON, MICH. – Wine and Canvas signed a lease in July in Canton. Wine and Canvas will open in the 2,000 SF space next door to Joann Fabrics in the Kohls-anchored center at the northwest corner of Ford Road and Sheldon Road. Larry Siedell and Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the Tenant in the transaction. The studio is scheduled to open later this year.


August 4, 2016:
DISC REPLAY SIGNS LEASE IN TROY’S OAKLAND PLAZA
TROY, MICH. – Disc Replay signed a lease for their first Troy location. Disc Replay will open in the 2,978 SF space next door to TJ Maxx at the northeast corner of John R and 14 Mile Roads. With an anticipated 4th quarter 2016 opening date, this will be Disc Replay’s 10th store in Michigan! Tjader Gerdom and Vicki Gutowski of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the Disc Replay in the transaction.


August 1, 2016:
UNION LAKE ROAD COMMERCE PROPERTY SOLD FOR MEDICAL DEVELOPMENT
COMMERCE, MICH. – Michael Murphy, Jordan Jerore, and Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the Seller in the sale of the property on the southeast quadrant Union Lake Road and Willow Road in Commerce. Paul DeBono of The Farbman Group represented the Buyer. The 0.58 Acre property sold for a new medical office development.


July 29, 2016:
LIVONIA’S MIDDLEBELT ROAD COORIDOR WELCOMES TWO NEW BUSINESSES
LIVONIA, MICH – FDX Pure Sole Dance Studio and Stingers Exotics Pet Store will both be moving to Middlebelt Road. FDX Pure Sole will be moving into Terrence Corners, between 5 and 6 Mile Roads. Stingers Exotics is relocating from their Plymouth Road location to Middlebelt Plaza, between 6 and 7 Mile Roads. Both leases were signed in June of 2016. Larry Siedell of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the landlord in both transactions.


July 11, 2016:
ROSE PEST SOLUTIONS BUYS BUILDING IN LIVONIA FOR RELOCATION
Livonia, MICH. – Jordan Jerore and Larry Siedell of Gerdom Realty represented Rose Pest Solutions in the purchase of the 7,685 SF industrial building on Capitol Street in Livonia. This will be the relocation of their Dearborn branch. Rose Pest Solutions, headquartered in Troy, MI, has been around since 1860 with locations in Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. The company has officially moved into their new building. Philip Sprague of CBRE represented the seller in the deal.


March 25, 2016:
FORMER 7-11 ON WEST ATHERTON ROAD IN FLINT SOLD
FLINT, MICH. – Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the Seller in the sale of the former 7-11 on the southeast corner of West Atherton and Hammerberg Roads in Flint. The 2,640 SF building sold in mid-March to a local operator who will continue to run a convenience store from the building.


March 4, 2016:
FORMER RESTAURANT ON FORD ROAD IN GARDEN CITY SOLD
GARDEN CITY, MICH. – Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the Seller in the sale of the former Picasso Restaurant on the northwest quadrant of Ford and Middlebelt Roads in Garden City. The 2,500 SF building sold in late February to a local investor; the sale closed in 30 days from the date Gerdom Realty began marketing the property.
