LIBERTY TAX SIGNS LEASE FOR NEW LOCATION IN BELLEVILLE PLAZA; CENTER FULLY LEASED
BELLEVILLE, MICH – Liberty Tax has signed a lease for a new location on Belleville Road, north of I-94. Located on the pad site of Michigan’s newest Menards store that just broke ground this spring, Liberty Tax will occupy 1,250 SF in Belleville Plaza. The plaza is now completely leased! Larry Siedell of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the landlord the transaction. Liberty Tax is expected to open in the 1st quarter of 2016.

WOK BOX SIGNS LEASES FOR FIRST TWO MICHIGAN LOCATIONS
GRAND RAPIDS & ALLEN PARK, MICH. – Wok Box signed leases in late October for its first two Michigan locations. In Grand Rapids, Wok Box will be moving into a 1,800 SF space in the Woodland’s Plaza center, a pad site to Woodland Mall. In Allen Park, Wok Box will take 1,537 SF, joining Blaze Pizza and Chipotle in the new pad site to be built at Fairlane Green Shopping center. Tjader Gerdom and Larry Siedell of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the tenant in the transactions. Wok Box is a fast casual Asian restaurant with locations across Canada and the US. Both new locations have anticipated Spring 2016 openings.

CRISPELLI’S SIGNS LEASE; MOVES INTO FORMER BIG BEAVER TAVERN BUILDING
TROY, MICH – Crispelli’s Bakery & Pizzeria will open their 3rd location in the former Big Beaver Tavern building in the 2nd quarter of 2016. Formally the upscale Larco’s Chophouse, the 4,956 SF, freestanding building on East Big Beaver Road between Livernois and Rochester Roads was converted into a casual tavern in 2009 and will undergo extensive winter-long renovation for the new restaurant. Larco’s and Big Beaver Tavern have been family owned and operated for over 25 years. Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment secured the tenant for ownership.
November 8, 2015:
ADVANCE AUTO PARTS SIGNS LEASE FOR NEW LOCATION IN ANN ARBOR
ANN ARBOR, MICH. – Advance Auto Parts (AAP) signed a lease in October for a new location on West Stadium Boulevard in the 11,000 freestanding building that was formally Great Lakes Cycle and Fitness. This will be Advance Auto’s 2nd Ann Arbor location. Tjader Gerdom and Larry Siedell of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the tenant in the transaction. The new location is expected to open 4th quarter of 2015.
September 1, 2015:
FENTON, MICH - Immediately following this summer's sale of the VG's-anchored Fenton Town Center, Tjader Gerdom and Larry Siedell of Gerdom Realty represented the new Landlord and procured the tenant in the lease to Golden Buffet. Golden Buffet will be taking the 7,125 SF space formally occupied by New Century Buffet and is expected to open in the 4th quarter of 2015.
